Meet Dominika
Hi, I’m Dominika!
Owner of S.I.M.P.L.E. Life Coaching LLC.
What I Do…
I offer mental health and life coaching for individuals, couples, coparents, parents and families. My specialty lies in helping clients improve communication, strengthen parenting skills, provide compassionate support for those who are neurodivergent, and support coparents and divorcing couples with mediation and parenting agreements.
Who I Am…
Before becoming a coach, I spent years working in education and mental health. I earned my Bachelor’s in Education Studies and Psychology with a minor in American Sign Language, and quickly discovered my passion for child development and parenting. I began my career as an ABA Therapist and RBT, supporting children with Autism and behavioral challenges both in schools and at home. During that time, I worked closely with parents to help their children thrive—whether that meant learning to communicate, trying new foods, building independence, or navigating big behaviors with compassion.
As my work grew, I expanded my desire to support others and earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a mental health therapist. I trained and worked in multiple group practices as a clinician and practitioner, providing therapy for children, adults, parents, couples, and families. I loved the work that I did, found an urge to lean into my entrepreneurial side and had a successful private practice for 4 years before realizing that I was limited to how I could actually help my clients.
Eventually, I felt called to bring all of this experience together in a way that is forward-focused and empowering. That’s when I launched S.I.M.P.L.E. Life Coaching, LLC, where I now combine my background in education, therapy, and behavioral support. I specialize in coparenting and court-order coparenting, coparenting plans, and mediation. With vast experience working with the courts, I am also passionate about my work with families who have children with ADHD or Autism, and have difficulty navigating behavioral challenges in home or at school.
How I Work…
I’m not your average coach—I’m a travel junkie, animal lover and family-oriented coffee connoisseur who brings plenty of personality to my work. Clients choose me because I’m down-to-earth, authentic, charismatic, and unapologetically real which creates a space where they feel comfortable opening up.
My style is equal parts supportive and straight-talking—I’ll encourage you while also giving you the kind of tough love that helps you break through obstacles, stay accountable, and make real progress. If you’re ready for a coach who’s both your biggest cheerleader and your accountability partner, I’m your person.
