Meet Dominika

Hi, I’m Dominika!

What I Do…

I work with co-parents, separated or divorcing couples, and families who are stuck in ongoing conflict and don’t know how to break the cycle. Most of the people I see are exhausted by the same arguments, frustrated that nothing is actually getting resolved, and worried about how it’s impacting their kids and daily life.

High-conflict dynamics are my specialty. I regularly support families navigating custody agreements, court expectations, and structured parenting plans. I don’t just help you talk about the issues that you’re experiencing, I give you structured support, direct guidance, and clear tools to actually change what’s happening.

Together, we cut through miscommunication, establish firm boundaries, and build realistic co-parenting plans that hold up in real life. Through mediation and practical strategies, I help you move out of reactive patterns and into workable agreements—so you can stop repeating the same fights and start creating stability.

For families dealing with added complexity, including neurodivergent needs, I provide straightforward, compassionate strategies that fit your day-to-day life.

Owner of S.I.M.P.L.E. Life Coaching LLC.

Who I Am…

Before becoming a coach, I spent years working in education and mental health. I earned my Bachelor’s in Education Studies and Psychology with a minor in American Sign Language, and quickly discovered my passion for child development and parenting. I began my career as an ABA Therapist and RBT, supporting children with Autism and behavioral challenges both in schools and at home. During that time, I worked closely with parents to help their children thrive, whether that meant learning to communicate, build independence, or navigate challenging behaviors with compassion.

As my work grew, I expanded my desire to support others and earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a mental health therapist. I trained and worked in multiple group practices as a clinician and practitioner, providing therapy for children, adults, parents, couples, and families before running my own successful private practice for 4 years. While I loved the work, I realized I wanted to help clients in a more practical, forward-focused way outside of traditional therapy.

That’s when I launched S.I.M.P.L.E. Life Coaching, LLC, where I now combine my background in education, therapy, and behavioral support. I specialize in coparenting and court-ordered coparenting, customized parenting plans, mediation, communication and conflict-resolution, and high-conflict family dynamics. Along with personal experience, I have extensive experience working alongside attorneys, Guardians ad Litem (GALs), mediators, and the family court system to help parents create healthier communication and more effective parenting arrangements. I have successfully supported many high-conflict coparents in moving from constant tension and disagreement to structured, workable systems that give both parents a voice while creating stability for their children. My approach focuses on creating realistic, customized coparenting plans that reduce conflict, improve communication, and help families move forward with clarity and confidence.

With vast experience working with the courts, I am also passionate about supporting families who have children with ADHD or Autism and who are struggling to navigate behavioral challenges at home or at school, acting as an advocate for children and parents who need a direction and more support.

How I Work…

I’m not a passive, nod-and-smile coach. I’m the one you hire when you’re ready to cut through excuses and actually change what’s not working. I bring a direct, down-to-earth approach that gets people to open up quickly, get honest about what’s really going on, and start making measurable progress.

My style is supportive, but I won’t let you stay stuck. I challenge patterns that keep you in conflict, hold you accountable to the goals you say you want, and give you clear, practical steps to move forward. Clients work with me because I don’t just listen. I help you shift behaviors, follow through, and create real results in your relationships, parenting, and everyday life.
